Congratulations on choosing SIU-C for your future. STEVENSON ARMS has been serving SIU students since 1966. Your student can get out of bed, eat breakfast, and walk to Lawson Hall, Life Sciences and the Medical School, the College of Education, Faner Hall, the Business School, the Law School, or Morris Library in just a few minutes. SIU's on-campus, one bedroom apartments are much, much further away (Southern Hills and Evergreen Terrace) and do not offer important amenities such as security cameras in the halls, high speed Internet in every apartment, and Cable TV in every apartment. Our Internet Provider even installs everything you need on your computer, on your desk, in your apartment. No other full-sized, one bedroom apartments off-campus are as close as Stevenson Arms is to campus with our full range of features and amenities.
We think that our location, features, and contract choices are the best available. Our Security Deposit is refundable at the end of the contract. When you pay a security deposit and sign a contract, we guarantee that it is for the exact apartment you have agreed to in your contract. We do not overbook like SIU Housing and we do not leave you without a specific housing assignment either.
