Stevenson Arms has a fully-staffed maintenance department with years of
experience. They are on call 24 hours per day and available by emergency
telephone after normal working hours.
Mail is delivered by the City of Carbondale to your post office box in the lobby of our building. Cameras are present in all the halls and lobby areas (as well as the laundry faciltiies) to insure the safety and security of every resident and are in operation twenty-four hours per day.
Our lobby is open for business during the daytime and all access doors to Stevenson Arms are locked at specific hours for the evening. During those hours, residents enter the building by means of a key.
Our property is inspected annually by the City of Carbondale's Housing
Department with regard to safety and sanitary conditions as well as by
the City's Fire Department. Stevenson Arms has never failed certification
for excellence in Housing or safety.
