Your housing contract has convenient monthly installments which
may be paid by Credit Card (Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express),
personal check, money order, bank check or cash.
CREDIT CARD OPTIONS:
Credit card payments may be paid in person at our office during business
hours or telephoned to our secretary during business hours. In addition,
we can arrange for you to sign a form that provides for your credit card
to be charged on a recurring basis. Please inquire by telephone or at
office regarding this option.
CASH OR CHECK PAYMENTS:
Payments may be mailed to our business office as follows:

Individuals may also make payments during business hours at the lobby office.
UTILITIES:
Your contract calls for individual payment of utilities (electricity and
water and sewer charges), a monthly statement will be sent to you specifying
the exact reading of your electric sub-meter as well as your portion of
the monthly water bill (usually $15.00 to $20.00 per month).
Contract Prices:
Security Deposit for all Contracts (refundable at conclusion of lease): $400.00
There is a $100.00 refundable Key Deposit for the Security Doors at
the front and sides of Stevenson Arms. The Security Door Key Deposit is
refundable at the time the key is returned.
Monthly Payment: $425.00
(residents responsible for own utilities)
Payment schedule is composed of ten (10) scheduled monthly payments plus
two payments prior to occupancy.
